STEEL PROCUREMENT QUALITY :

Procurement of mild steel, welding rods, zinc and other items required for fabrication & galvanizing will be procured through authorized selling agent/dealer of MMTC/ZL test report for steel and other items will be obtained from the respective agents/dealers.

• Procuring thro authorized selling agents
• Confirming the grade of material IS 2062
• Verifying the test report(TR),as per IS
• Visual & dimensional verification
• Checking with the approved drawing/spec initially as well as during stage manufacturing, for dimensions
• Proto type assembly during manufacturing
• Ensuring material straightness/correctness
• Ensuring fillet thickness of welding as per approved Drg/spec
• Grinding the surface as per the drawing
• Maintaining the dimensional tolerance
